For this class project I created an abstract self-portrait. Although open to interpretation, the imagery and plot of the lion, stars and girl are meant to reflect aspects of my personality by evoking childlike emotions through storytelling and metaphor.
The story begins with the constellation Leo falling from the sky. A girl who is collecting the misplaced stars in hopes of restoring them to their home meets Leo in his earth form and together they strengthen one another's characters and figure out a way to return the night sky to its natural state.
